The answers to all these questions are very important in human life. In whichever part of the earth a person lives, whatever religion he believes in, whatever his looks, colour, stature, whether he is a man or a woman - these questions are equally important for everyone. These questions are not related to any religion, civilization or culture, but are directly related to human life. Whether a person lives in society or alone, these questions definitely arise in his mind. As long as there is life, these questions will remain with us; and when life ends, only then will these questions also end.
So let us begin - "What is life?" This question is very important for every living being. After all, what is life? How did life begin? What is the importance of life? Who gives life? Does any power control life or is it an automatic process? Does life end after death? Does rebirth happen or not? We all want to know the answers to all these questions, but finding answers to them is a very difficult task. Sometimes the entire life passes, yet man is unable to know the answer to these questions, because it is not possible to find the answer to these questions without self-knowledge and self-realization. These are such questions that arise in the innermost being of man only through self-awakening.
There are two types of questions in human life.
The first type are those questions that man asks to acquire external knowledge, through which he gains practical knowledge and he can live his life with simplicity and ease. All the questions that we ask to make our life pleasant, simple and prosperous, all fall in this category. The purpose of these questions is: to increase the practical knowledge of man, to make tasks easy and to improve the standard of living.
The second type of questions are those that arise automatically in his inner mind from the thinking power of man. These questions do not arise as a result of practical approach, but from the inspiration of self-consciousness. What I mean is that the thinking power of every man is different. As a man thinks, so he sees. His thinking determines his point of view, and he acquires knowledge according to what he sees.
A child lays the foundation of his life by looking at his family. Self-inspired questions arise in a person's unconscious mind not from external knowledge, but due to the influence of self-consciousness. When these questions come to the conscious mind, a person becomes silent for some time. At that time he tries to understand the depth of these questions—what are these questions? How did they arise within me? What are their answers? And where will I get these answers? Man becomes worried about all these things. Then most people turn their attention to some other work to get rid of this worry, so that these questions do not bother them much. Every person has self-consciousness within him, and this consciousness awakens many times in life. But there are very few people in this world who are able to attain self-knowledge through their self-consciousness. When such deep questions arise within a person, he starts feeling restless. To calm this restlessness, he takes the help of external knowledge. For example, a person goes to a holy place, and the positive energy there awakens his self-consciousness. Then questions arise within him: What is the nature of God? Where does he live? How is it possible to attain him? How can one meet God? Such questions arise in the conscious mind which disturb the person from within. For some time he tries to find answers to these questions himself, but fails due to his limited knowledge. Then he turns away from these questions and starts taking the help of religious texts for self-satisfaction. He tries to calm his unconscious mind. When the conscious mind calms down, the unconscious also calms down for some time, and the person's restlessness ends. After this, he again gets busy in his daily routine. But many times the unconscious mind does not calm down and those questions continue to disturb the person. In such a situation, a person starts getting isolated from society and the world, because most of his attention is focused on finding answers to these questions. He makes every possible effort to get answers to them as soon as possible. His restlessness increases so much that sometimes he gets disappointed and frustrated and starts thinking of ending his life. When he asks others to know the answers to these questions, he does not get completely satisfactory answers. Then he feels that there is no one in this world who can give the correct answer to these questions. And in this despair, he gets bored of life and starts thinking of suicide. But ending life is not the answer to these questions. Some people separate themselves from society and start living in solitude to calm their restlessness and know the answers to these questions. They think about these questions with full concentration, try to understand them. Then their unconscious mind calms down and starts changing into a conscious state. In this state, the energy of the human body starts flowing in a positive direction, due to which he feels inner happiness. The positive effect of this energy transforms his external practical knowledge into spiritual knowledge, due to which man starts attaining spiritual knowledge.
