Until all human beings living on Earth unite to address these problems, no permanent solution can be achieved.

1. World Green Constitution for the Entire Earth
This will be a constitution applicable uniformly to the entire planet. Under this—
- Conservation of nature
- Protection of endangered species
- Mandatory afforestation on 40% of the Earth’s landmass
- Duty of every individual toward environmental protection
- Prohibition of activities harmful to the environment
- Formation of a world-level institution responsible for the safety of the environment and climate of every region
- Uniform environmental laws implemented throughout the world
- Protection of natural habitats of all living beings
- Complete ban on hunting and trafficking of animal parts
Eco Defence Army
- This army will protect nature and the environment across the entire Earth.
- It will monitor the enforcement of the World Green Constitution.
- It will monitor and prevent sources of environmental pollution.
- It will ensure that all global industries obtain eco-friendly licences and comply with regulations.
- This army will function under the authority of the World Parliament and the World Supreme Court.
- Seventy percent of the world’s military forces will come under this Eco Defence Army.
- This army will also monitor potential environmental damage caused by every individual.
2. Formation of the World Social Council for the Entire Earth
This Earth is the home of all human beings; therefore, it is necessary to organise the entire human community as one united global society. Its objectives—
- Elimination of global crimes
- End of terrorism and insurgency
- Safety of women and children
- Ensuring education for every child
- Prohibition of human organ trafficking, drug trafficking, and prostitution
- Providing shelter and food to every individual
- Care for the elderly
- Establishment of lasting peace in the world
3. Formation of the World Parliament for the Entire Earth
- This will be a democratic institution whose member will be every individual on Earth.
- The governments of all countries will work under this institution.
- This institution will have direct control over all territories of the planet.
- Seventy percent of the world’s military forces will be under its control.
- There will be one constitution, one penal code, one citizenship, and one currency for the entire Earth.
- Every individual will receive equal rights, freedom, and duties.
- Every child will receive free and compulsory education.
- All women will be made self-reliant.
- Wars, riots, conflicts, and terrorist activities will be completely prohibited.
- This institution will promote disarmament and take control of all weapon-manufacturing companies around the world.
- Every person will be mandatorily provided with employment.
- Every individual will have the right to free treatment anywhere in the world.
- All sacred places will be under the authority of this institution.
- Land disputes between countries and states will end, and all disputed territories will be administered by the World Parliament.
- The entire Earth will be organised as one nation, one constitution, one currency, and one citizenship.
- All nuclear weapons will be destroyed to ensure the safety of both humanity and nature.
- Any act against the welfare of humanity will be prohibited.
